• You may have to swap your door guts around depending on what window/mirror options your truck is/isn’t equipped with versus the ones in the replacement door

– Split Years

• 1999 & 2000 are split years. 90% of trucks carry this body style (Classic Body Style) but there are a few that still carry the older body style (88-98 Old Body Style).
• 2007 is also a split year. Some trucks carry this body style (Classic Body Style) while others started to carry the newer body style (New Body Style 07-14). If you are unsure which body style you need, text or email us a picture and we can tell you.

Local Pickup,is always welcomed, come out look at it before you buy it and we’ll get you loaded up. Bring some straps and or some padding though!

• LTL freight is only shipped freight carrier terminals unless you contact us to specify you are shipping the item to a business location.
• WE ASK FOR YOUR ADDRESS SO WE CAN LOCATE THE CLOSEST TERMINAL TO YOU.
• We can ship LTL freight to a residential address but there are additional charges associated not included in the price included online, contact us for pricing.

Freight Tracking & Carrier Terminal Pickup Information

• Tracking numbersare assigned after the order has been processed.
• The freight carrier terminal will reach out via phone when your order has arrived and is ready for pickup.

Before signing for merchandise

• It is your responsibility to inspect the packaging and the contents inside for damage before signing.
• IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED YOU SHOULD REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT AND NOT SIGN FOR IT ON THE DOCK. YOU MUST STATE ON THE BOL WHY IT WAS REFUSED AND TAKE PICTURES.
• Picturesshould be taken before and after removal of packaging.
• Anydamageto packaging or contents inside needs to be reported on the freight billbefore signing.
• Ifdamagehas occurreddo notremove product from the premises. A carrierinspectionhas to be performed.
• Texas Truck LLCis not responsible forclaimsagainst carriers if the proper precautions were not taken before signing for freight.
• Texas Truck LLC will not initiate claims against carriers till we have received the following.

1. Pictures before and after contents have been unpackaged.
2. Updated freight bill stating all damages done by carrier.
3. A completed carrier inspection form, noting all damages.

What is considered LTL freight?Technically speaking LTL stands for less than full truck load, what we refer to as LTL freight is smaller products that we send out on pallets such as tailgates, bumpers, doors, engines, axles, exhaust systems, transmissions etc. In a nutshellWE CLASSIFY LTL FREIGHTas products that would exceed Ups or Fed Ex’s size/weight restrictions to send it standard shipping or could get damaged on the belts they use for standard shipping.
